Sub-processors
Superclerk, operated by Benrov, Inc., uses the third-party service providers below to host, secure, operate, support, and improve the Superclerk service. These providers process customer data only as needed to provide the service or as directed by a customer through connected integrations.
Core infrastructure and operations
Amazon Web Services
Cloud application hosting, networking, secrets management, container runtime, logs, and monitoring.
Cloudflare
Public web hosting, DNS, CDN, edge delivery, and Cloudflare R2 object and file storage.
PlanetScale
Managed PostgreSQL database hosting for production application data.
AI model providers
OpenAI
AI model inference for customer-requested agent responses, summaries, drafts, workflow actions, and image generation.
Gemini AI model inference and customer-authorized Google API integrations, depending on the features a customer enables.
Customer-authorized integrations
Superclerk may also process data through customer-authorized connected services only when a customer enables the relevant integration or workflow. These services can include Slack, Microsoft, HubSpot, Shopify, QuickBooks, LinkedIn, Instagram/Meta, Telegram, Telnyx, LiveKit, Exa, and E2B.
Use of Slack data
Superclerk does not use Slack data to train or fine-tune foundation models. Slack content is processed only to provide the agent responses, summaries, drafts, and workflow actions requested by the customer.
