Data Deletion Instructions
Superclerk, operated by Benrov, Inc., respects your right to remove data we have received from Google, Instagram, or any other connected service. This page explains how to disconnect a service, request full deletion, and revoke access directly with a provider.
Option 1 — Disconnect inside Superclerk
Sign in at app.superclerk.com/integrations, locate the connection, and select "Disconnect." Superclerk deletes the OAuth tokens for that connection, stops new access within 24 hours, and removes provider-specific webhook subscriptions where applicable. Data already saved in agent run history or configured workflows remains with your Superclerk account until you delete it or request full deletion using Option 2.
Option 2 — Email request for full deletion
To request deletion of all data Superclerk holds on your behalf, including data received from connected services, email privacy@superclerk.com from the address associated with your Superclerk account with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include the workspace name and the email, username, or account identifier for any connected service you want us to locate. Never send passwords, OAuth codes, or access tokens. We will acknowledge your request within five business days, complete deletion within 30 days, and send a confirmation email when it is complete.
What is deleted
A full deletion request removes your Superclerk account record, organization data, agent instructions, OAuth access and refresh tokens, connected-service data stored in messages, files, tool outputs, trigger records, and agent run history, and integration audit logs tied to your account. Aggregated, de-identified usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for service operations.
Removing Superclerk from your Google Account
Open your Google Account's third-party connections, select Superclerk under apps with access to your Google Account, and choose "Remove access." This immediately prevents future Google API access. Google revocation does not delete data already stored in Superclerk, so use Option 2 above if you also want that data deleted.
What we are required to keep
We may be required to retain certain records to comply with legal obligations (such as tax, anti-fraud, or regulatory requirements), to enforce our agreements, or to resolve ongoing security investigations. Where retention is required, we retain only what is strictly necessary and for no longer than required.
Removing Superclerk from Instagram
You can also remove Superclerk directly from your Instagram account. Open the Instagram app, go to your profile, tap the menu, choose "Settings and privacy," then "Apps and websites." Select Superclerk and tap "Remove." Once Instagram revokes our access, Superclerk can no longer access that account. Email us if you want confirmation that cached records tied to that account were deleted.
