Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Superclerk, the AI agent platform operated by Benrov, Inc. ("Superclerk", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using Superclerk, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for the agent instructions and content you submit to the service. Superclerk is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Superclerk to violate any law or any third-party right; to send unsolicited bulk communications; to generate or distribute spam, fraud, malware, harassment, defamation, child sexual abuse material, or content that infringes intellectual property; to attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls; or to reverse engineer the service except as expressly permitted. When you connect a third-party service such as Instagram, you also agree to comply with that service's terms, platform policies, and community guidelines, including Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Connected services
Superclerk lets you connect third-party services (including Instagram, Google, Slack, HubSpot, Telegram, and LinkedIn) and take actions on those services on your behalf. For Google services, those actions can include working with email, calendars, files, documents, spreadsheets, advertising, analytics, search performance, and business profiles, depending on the permissions you approve. You authorize Superclerk to access and act on connected services only as needed to perform the actions you request. You can revoke that access at any time.
Customer content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Superclerk. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, and process that content solely to operate the service for you. We do not use your content, including data we receive from Google, Instagram, or other connected services, to train foundation models. Our handling of connected-service data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Fees
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing posted when you subscribe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing on notice, and changes will not apply retroactively.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your use creates risk for the service or other users, or if required to comply with law. You may stop using Superclerk and delete your account at any time.
Disclaimer
Superclerk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Outputs produced by AI agents may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsafe; you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Superclerk nor Benrov, Inc. will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will update the effective date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will notify customers by email or in-product notice before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
